Family Day#

On Sunday, 9 November 2025, the Düsseldorf parish held its traditional “Family Day.”

After the Divine Liturgy, during which a Prayer of Thanksgiving was offered to God for all the blessings poured out on families and on the entire parish, the event continued with a festive meal.

Participants enjoyed special moments accompanied by a musical program offered by Florin Moldovan and his band.

A highly emotional moment was the performance by the “Romanian Joy” dance troupe, led by Prof. Dr. Raluca Mincu.

“The joy of being together is no longer something we can take for granted. Being together and rejoicing in one another fulfills the Gospel call to love. And love is meant to begin in the family. That is why celebrating Family Day in our parish is a feast of love and gratitude for the love we receive from our families, from our community, and above all from God,” said Protopresbyter Dr. Iosif Cristian Rădulescu.
