On Sunday, 29 April 2018, the Romanian History Circle, coordinated by Mr. Paul Bagiu, held its second meeting.

The event continued the series of lectures and discussions about the process that led to the union of Transylvania with Romania. This session covered the reign of Alexandru Ioan Cuza and the beginning of King Carol I’s reign. The lecture was followed by a Q&A that deepened the topic.

Marking the 2018 Centenary Year, the Romanian History Circle of the “Sfânta Treime” Parish in Düsseldorf will host several sessions to help understand the context that led to the joy of national unity in 1918.

Protopresbyter Iosif-Cristian Rădulescu wished to thank Fr. Professor Constantin Necula for the grace-filled words that brought comfort and encouragement to the faithful present, as well as for his entire mission carried out at home and abroad to the glory of God.
