Conference by Fr. Sorin Mihalache#

On Friday, 16 November 2018, Fr. Sorin Mihalache delivered the conference “Inner Life in a Culture of Exteriority. Reflections on Spiritual Intelligence and Texts from the Philokalia” in the Düsseldorf parish.

Fr. Sorin spoke about ways to cultivate spiritual intelligence and the need for inwardness in a culture marked by noise. Throughout the conference, he presented Philokalic teachings in a fresh way, highlighting the links between theology and medical science. “The conference was a true blessing for the Düsseldorf parish, filled with words rich in meaning—hard to find in a world bombarded with many empty words,” said parish priest Iosif-Cristian Rădulescu.

At the end, many faithful personally thanked Fr. Sorin Mihalache for the devoted talk and for the precious spiritual impulses received right at the start of the fasting period.
