Archpastoral Visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Serafim#

On Friday, 12 April 2024, the Romanian Orthodox Parish “Sfânta Treime” and “Sfântul Nicolae” in Düsseldorf received the archpastoral visit of His Eminence Metropolitan Serafim, Metropolitan of Germany, Central and Northern Europe.

His Eminence celebrated the Sacrament of Holy Unction with a concelebration of priests and deacons. In his homily, Metropolitan Serafim urged those present to increase their prayer, for it is the source of spiritual life.

He also commended the efforts of the Romanian Orthodox community in Düsseldorf to build its own church.
